Rare up to 1050 m.; perhpas not in true lowlands. Puddles.

Similar species: Of other similar genera (eg. Jemadia, Microceris) only Parelbella has the two offset post-discal hyaline FW spots, but it lacks the additional, detached spot in space 9 FW (along the costa basal from the apical spots).
