Spioniades abbreviata anta
Uncommon 1050-1350 m. Attracted to bait and spitwads.
Similar species: I'm not always confident separating this species from S. libethra, which has less angular wings. S. artemides (I have no Cusco records but it probably does occur) is also similar but has white markings in space 2 FW solid white, not hyaline as in abbreviata.

Spioniades libethra
Uncommon 700-900 m., probably also occurs in lowlands. Attracted to bait. Some individuals may show much less white on DHW.
Similar species: S. abbreviata and S. artemides (I have no Cusco records) have more angular wings, but I'm not always confident separating the two.
