Eumaeus toxana

Uncommon(?) up to 550 m. Usually seen perching in understory of mature forest, though it may spend more time in the canopy; apparently not attracted to bait.

Similar species: E. minyas (I have no Cusco records) has the inner band of pale spots VHW an even distance from middle band, rather than being more widely separated towards the bottom of the wing as in toxana.
