Colobura annulata

Fairly common up to 1350 m. Attracted to bait and mud.

Similar species: C. dirce dirce has a subtly different VFW pattern, including a large, elongated spot near the costa, and a submarginal line that is much wider near the middle of the wing and tapers towards the costa.
