Dryas iulia alcionea

Fairly common up to 1500 m., probably more common in lowlands, especially in open areas. Puddles; attracted to bait and flowers.

Similar species: Eueides aliphera aliphera is smaller and has a black line along anal margin DFW, among other differences.
