Tegosa claudina

Uncommon up to 1950 m.; probably much more widespread than my records show, although it is perhaps more common in drier valleys. Usually found puddling.

Similar species: There are several confusingly similar Tegosa species; I'm not confident identifying any of them, but claudina seems to be one of the most common species. Ortilia gentina is much more heavily marked on D.
