Cariomothis erotylus

Fairly common 1050-1350 m. Found in humid forest, occasionaly at edges. Attracted to bait. Seems somewhat variable.

Similar species: C. erythromelas (lowlands; I have no Cusco records) has red patch DFW differently shaped, and a similar patch DHW.
