Lasaia meris

Uncommon up to 1050 m. Usually found puddling; attracted to bait.

Similar species: L. pseudomeris (I have no Cusco records) is more lightly marked on D, especially on HW. I don't know how to distinguish L. meris from L. arsis (I have no Cusco records). See also L. agesilas agesilas.

Lasaia agesilas agesilas

Common up to 1050 m., up to 1500 m. in dry valleys. Attracted to bait and mud. By far the most common Lasaia.

Similar species: Other Lasaia have white 'eyespots' on DHW costa, or have an obviously different D pattern.
